How to Mix and Use TB-500 & BPC-157

Mixing Instructions

Both TB-500 and BPC-157 come in 5mg bottles. Fill each with 2ml of bacteriostatic water.

Important: Do not shoot water directly into the bottle - this will damage the peptide.

1. Insert the needle into the side of the vial
2. Slowly inject the bacteriostatic water into the bottle
3. Remove the needle - do NOT shake the bottle
4. Gently swirl the vial until the powder is fully dissolved (you should see a clear liquid)

Dosing Protocol

• Morning: Take 20 units of BPC-157 using an insulin syringe
• Before bed: Take 20 units of TB-500

Injection Sites

Inject subcutaneously into fat tissue. Good injection sites include:

• Belly fat
• Legs (thigh area)

Storage Instructions

After mixing, proper storage is critical to maintain peptide integrity:

1. Place your vial in a coffee cup
2. Surround it with tissue or Kleenex to block light
3. Store in the refrigerator
4. Keep away from direct light at all times

Handling Notes

Peptides are extremely sensitive. Follow these guidelines:

• Never shake a mixed peptide vial - this will destroy the peptide
• Always swirl gently to mix
• Handle with care during injection
• Keep refrigerated after reconstitution
• Use within 4-6 weeks after mixing for best results
